Cake design and presentation is such a delightful way to be involved with clients and their celebrations. Of the hundreds of cakes I have decorated, no two have been the same. I really enjoy tailoring a cake to the individual requirements, and to the aesthetics of each occasion, big and small.

With my background in nursing and in fine arts I draw on my broad experience, including catering for dietary requirements and of course substituting ingredients for children with allergies. All my cakes are nut free. As has been said my cakes and cookies are ‘Visually enchanting and exquisite to the palate’
